- Sessions with Montriel are in person at his Chico office, telephone or Zoom
- Our secure, online form (click on “Request an appointment” under New Patients) will ask you to supply your initial registration information (demographics, insurance and method of payment). This information is then securely sent to the Billing Manager, Victoria House at House Medical Billing Service LLC. You may also call Victoria House (530) 474-6094
- Once you register, you will receive an email confirming your insurance details, rates and how to proceed to scheduling. Please ask any questions before booking via email: mvjinnerstrengthcoaching@gmail.com
- We accept credit card. Clients paying with credit card, you will receive communications from vhouse@housebilling.com so make sure to allow this address to avoid it going to your SPAM/JUNK.
- If you do not have insurance, Full payment is required at the time of your session with Montriel. Your session activity will be processed within 5 business days by Victoria. Method of payment on file is required.
- Do you feel your situation can’t wait? Montriel can accommodate your immediate matters within 24 hours. Due to short-term scheduling adjustments the rate for these sessions is increased. Call (530) 953-8656 to schedule or for details.
